You will be given meal plans including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks based on nutritional guidelines from the experts, and you can even filter based on allergies and food preferences. If there are meals that require ingredients that you don’t have or have access to, or if you would like to substitute one with another, each plan lets you discover substitute choices while keeping your plate balanced.
When you have select your meals for the week, an organized grocery list is automatically created, as well as a graphic of what your plate should look like. This helps users have a visual representation to help with portion control, and in turn, eventual weight loss.
